CCTV chimney surveys

If you suspect your chimney to have a problem preventing its use we are able to offer a Soundness Test or a CCTV chimney survey. Such a survey will provide digital images and a report detailing any issues found and work required to bring your chimney back into safe use.

Chimney cowls

Appropriate chimney cowls can be supplied and fitted for gas, multi-fuel or woodburning fires and stoves. These can prevent birds nesting, protect your chimney from water ingress and prevent a down-draught. We are also able to cap unused chimneys to reduce draughts whilst keeping adequate ventilation to prevent damp. Ask us for further information and advice

Stove Servicing

Fireplace Magic can service and clean your solid fuel stove giving it a full health check ready for the next heating season. We will ensure it is working safely and efficiently and advise if any parts are faulty or damaged and require replacement. We will re-seal the doors if required, giving a 12 month guarantee on the seal if replaced. We can also advise on the best use of your stove, suitability of fuel for burning and safety matters.
